Welcome to Gum of Gods ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our affiliate program.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Website and Products

By using this website and/or purchasing any products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You understand and accept the risks associated with using dietary supplements and chewing products.

  • Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • You agree to use our products at your own risk.

  • Our mastic resin is a 100% natural product. In some rare cases, some pieces may be stickier or harder than normal. Gum of Gods is not liable for any health or dental issues caused by any of our products.

    By using Gum of Gods products, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse effects, including death, that may result from chewing mastic resin. If you have dental work, health issues, or specific concerns about your ability to chew mastic resin, please consult with a doctor or dentist before use.

2. No Medical Advice

Information on our website and in our marketing materials is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before using any new product.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gum of Gods, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Reliance on any information on the site

  • Delays or disruptions on the website

  • Participation in our affiliate or referral programs

Use of our products is entirely at your own risk. If you experience any adverse effects, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

4. Product Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about the effectiveness, results, or suitability of our products for your specific needs. Individual results may vary.

5. Order Acceptance and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal. If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically. We charge your payment method the price and frequency shown under the subscribe button and at checkout, plus any shipping and tax shown at checkout, until you cancel.

  • 1-Month Supply: charged today, then every 4 weeks (every 28 days).
  • 3-Month Supply: charged today, then every 3 months.
  • Sample pack: $29.99 is charged today. 10 days after your order, your first full supply ships and you are charged for the plan you chose: $116.98 every 3 months on the 3-Month Supply, or $44.99 every 4 weeks on the 1-Month Supply, until you cancel.
  • Some older plans and bundles renew on the schedule shown on your order and in your account.

Price. Your price stays the same on every refill. If we ever change your price or these terms, we will email you before the change applies, and you can cancel.

Cancel online anytime. You can pause or cancel anytime online in your customer portal at gumofgods.us/account, using the email you used to place your order, or by emailing support@gumofgods.us. You do not need to call. Cancelling stops every future charge that has not yet been processed. To avoid the first full sample pack charge, cancel before day 10.

Refunds. Because our gum is a food product, opened tins can't be returned. If there's a problem with your order, contact us at support@gumofgods.us or +1 (610) 549-4668 within 7 days of delivery. Return and refund requests are reviewed case by case, and any return must be approved by us before you ship it. Returns sent without approval aren't eligible.

Lost, damaged or faulty orders are handled under our Refund policy and at gumofgods.us/pages/claims.

By placing an order with a subscription, you agree to these auto-renewal terms.

6. Affiliate Program Disclaimer

By participating in the Gum of Gods affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel payouts for any reason, including (but not limited to):

    • Abuse or manipulation of tracking systems

    • Use of our affiliate program on coupon or discount code websites

    • Misleading or deceptive advertising

    • Violations of brand guidelines or affiliate terms

    • Suspicion of fraudulent behavior

  • Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee commission payouts.

  • All affiliate decisions, including payout eligibility, are made at our sole discretion and are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, packaging, branding, and media, is the property of Gum of Gods and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
