My tracking says delivered but I don't have it
Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered up to 24 hours early. Check with neighbors and your mailbox, then wait one business day. Still missing? Email us with your order number and we'll resolve it fast.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. USPS Priority typically delivers in 2–4 business days after that. You'll get an email at every step.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped, update it from your account or email us. Once it's in transit we can't reroute it.
