Mouth Tape & Nasal Strips 30 strips of each · One month per pouch
The strip opens your nose. The tape keeps your mouth shut. One pouch of each is 30 nights. Nasal breathing is a habit your body has to relearn, so the price per night drops the longer you stay with it.

⚠️
Consistency Is the Whole Mechanism
Nasal breathing only becomes automatic if you never skip a night. The single biggest reason people stop is running out and not reordering. A subscription removes that failure point entirely.
You breathe 20,000 times a day. Roughly a third of them asleep.
👃
Improved Airflow for Better Breathing
The nasal strip lifts the sides of the nose and holds the nasal valve open. It is purely mechanical, so there is nothing to absorb, build tolerance to, or wear off at 3am.
✓ Drug-free · 30 strips per pouch
😴
Improves Sleep Quality
Mouth breathing through the night dries the airway and fragments sleep. Keeping the mouth closed and the nose open is the cheapest change most people can make to how rested they feel.
✓ Both products target the same night
🦷
Improves Oral Health
A mouth that stays open all night goes dry, and saliva is what keeps the oral environment stable. Nasal breathing keeps the mouth moist from lights out to alarm.
✓ No more waking up parched
📅
One Pouch Is a Trial, Not a Change
Thirty nights tells you whether you tolerate it. It does not tell you what your sleep looks like once nasal breathing is the default. That takes months of unbroken nights, which is why the price per night drops the longer you stay with it.
✓ Down to $0.67 a night on the 12-month supply
How it works
Thirty seconds before bed
1
Open the nose
Apply the nasal strip across the bridge of a clean, dry nose. It lifts the sides of the nasal valve mechanically, so there is a clear path for air before you close anything off.
2
Close the mouth
Place one strip of mouth tape vertically over the centre of the lips. You can still speak, cough, and open your mouth through it. It is a reminder, not a seal.
3
Repeat until it's automatic
Nasal breathing is a habit your body relearns. Most people need a few weeks of unbroken nights before it holds on its own, which is why a one-pouch trial rarely tells you anything.
Why a mastiha company sells mouth tape
Your mouth has a day job and a night job.
These aren't here to pad out a catalogue. Chewing and breathing run through the same anatomy, and one of them happens while you're asleep and can't do anything about it.
☀️ Daytime
Chewing mastiha
Chewing resin works the muscles of mastication and keeps saliva moving. Saliva is what buffers acid and holds the oral environment steady, which is a large part of why chewing mastiha has been a Mediterranean habit for a few thousand years.
🌙 Nighttime
Tape and strips
Then you sleep with your mouth open and eight hours of airflow dries all of it out. Nasal breathing keeps the mouth closed and moist through the night. It's the difference between waking up parched and waking up rested.
Two halves of one system, at opposite ends of the clock. That's why we make both, and why tape and strips ship free with every mastiha bundle. See the mastiha side →
Questions
Before you tape your mouth shut
Is mouth taping safe?▾
For most healthy adults, yes. Do not use it if you have untreated or suspected sleep apnea, significant nasal obstruction, a cold or blocked nose, if you have been drinking, or if you are prone to vomiting or nausea at night. Children should not use it. If you are unsure, ask your doctor first. The tape is designed to peel off with light pressure, and you can always open your mouth through it.
Do I need both, or can I use just one?▾
They solve two halves of the same problem. The strip opens the nasal passage so there is somewhere for the air to go. The tape keeps the mouth from taking over once you are asleep. Tape without a strip is the version people abandon, because if the nose is not clear the mouth wins. Use them together.
How long does one pouch last?▾
Each pouch holds 30 pieces, so one pouch of each is 30 nights. A 3-month supply is three of each, a 12-month supply is twelve of each.
Does the tape hurt to remove?▾
No. The adhesive is chosen to hold through a full night and release without pulling. If you have facial hair, press it on firmly and remove it slowly in the direction of growth.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?▾
Any time, in one click from your account. Pause, skip a shipment, change the delivery date, or cancel outright. No calls, no emails, no retention gauntlet.
What's the return policy?▾
