Lasted me around three weeks of daily use for three hours a day and I noticed a noticeable increase in the whiteness of my teeth, strength of my jaw, and weirdly how my teeth felt, a very smooth and instinctively healthy feeling to em. All in all a very good buy and definitely going to continue utilizing it. The only drawback is an unfortunate one that unfortunately can’t be fixed and that is that some pieces are harder to chew than others which sometimes results in more pieces added reducing the amount I have left over. Even with that it is a damned good product that I will continue to buy until, for lack of a better term, my jawline and teeth are sexy as fuck.
