If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Email support@gumofgods.us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we will take care of it.
If your order has already shipped, the address cannot be changed in transit. You can watch its progress on our tracking page. If it gets returned to us as undeliverable, reach out and we will arrange a reshipment to the correct address.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not covered by ShipInsure package protection, so a quick check saves a lot of hassle.
