If tracking says delivered but you do not have it: carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a little early. Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, with neighbors, or your building's front desk. Most packages turn up within a day or two.
Still missing after 2 business days? If your order has ShipInsure protection, file a claim at our claims portal with your email and order number. For suspected porch theft, the claims team may ask for extra evidence such as a delivery photo or a police report.
If tracking has stopped moving: a package still in transit counts as lost once there has been no tracking movement for 7 or more business days (14 or more for international orders). At that point, file your claim the same way.
Two deadlines to know: claims must be filed within 14 days of the delivery date on tracking, and if the claims team emails you, reply within 7 days so your claim stays open.
No protection on your order, or stuck on a claim? Email support@gumofgods.us and we will sort it out directly.
