Honestly at first as i Chew i didn't like , but as the brand guideline when I kept in my mouth for a mintue and then started Chewing it was good and became addicted of it, U can chew it for like 3+ hours and stil gum would be same level hard nasal strip and mouth tapew improved my sleep quality
Mouth tape, nasal strips, and gum have been great. Already almost out of everything because I have been sharing with my sisters. Will need more soon. Also, I never received the mastery guide even though I do not need it.

I was pleasantly surprised as I had only ordered the gum and I received the entire bundle. The mastic is top quality although I could see them putting more per tin based on price, I feel like I'm paying more for the tin box than the mastic itself. The breathing strips are of fantastic quality, that I can honestly say they are the best strips I've encountered thus far. The mouth tape I will say is also good quality as I have tried others before I like this one a lot. My mind's machinations have been going off on creative sprees while masticating this product so I can recommend it.
My girlfriend noticed a difference the fourth day I was chewing it. I would start it out by chewing after breakfast and I would chew it for about an hour and a half till my jaw was so sore. I couldn’t bite down anymore and it actually works. it’s not a scam. I didn’t think it was a scam. I just didn’t think it would work as fast as it did, I will say, though I believe the package I ordered should’ve came with the book, but I never received the book so I was a little disappointed about that but overall amazing experience.

So there was a supply chain issue and the gum was late getting to me. not really a fan of the tape and the extras. just wanted the gum. honestly fellas my only complaint is price point. not saying the product isnt worth the cost its just too high to keep up. I got cherry flavor and love it! great stuff but like i said out of my budget for consistent purchase :-) would recommend and would buy again if less expensive.
